I'd like to increase my available ad space by placing banner ads between the breaks in major forum blocks. For example, a 720x100 px. banner between "General Forums" and "Guns, Gear, and Tools".

I have a basic understanding of css and html, and I can play with it until it works, however, I'm a bit lost as to which template I need to modify.
