"Contact Us" creat thread in staff forum?

Is there a mod around that will take any submissions from the "Contact Us" and create a thread in a non-public staff forum?

I get a lot of emails that my moderators can handle, so it would good if they could be made available in a forum so I (and the mods) can see who has actioned what.

I've never seen anything like that. But I'd be more worried about why so many people are using the function.? Have you modified something so much that they can't figure out how to use it?

Although would be a good mod for those who don't want their e-mails bombarded.

I get a lot of older, non-computer literate people on my forum. They don't like reading help or FAQs - they like to email someone. It is frustrating, but not much I can do about it.

I just stickied a post at the top of my Help forum: I can't login! I can't post!

Even if someone still writes me, I can just send them the link.
