Please I use cpanel and I always check the recent visitors log to see what people are searching for. My forum is in a subfolder. About 2 months ago I started seeing this link mydomain.com /forum/tags.php?tag=http://217.218.225.2:2082/index.html? coming from several ip addresses in my recent visitors log. Anytime I click the link it brings me to the vbulletin error page that says "Invalid Tag specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" I have no idea. Is this a hacker? please help
I check this ip address 217.218.225.2 and it is some arabic website. I'm confused I don't know what to do. The attempt is coming from several IP addresses so it is not easy to block them all.

They're searching for that address in your tags. I don't see how that could be any kind of vulnerability. But it does look a lot like a bot who doesn't know what the form fields do.
