you'd be better off adding it to additional.css and applying it to the class of the object you want to affect. for example
.navbar { opacity:0.4; /* For most browsers */ filter:alpha(opacity=40); /* For IE */ } but change navbar to the object you'd like to affect, and change the opacity to the level you'd like. |
