For vBulletin 4.x, try adding this block of code in red to that same MEMBERINFO template:

Matter of preference, really. I'm not concerned about Search Engines, myself. It's the links themselves I don't want. Particularly when all of it is just scams, consumer traps, malware or porn. I don't want my users finding their way there just from perusing a new user's profile.
