How can I allow special usergroups to change their title color?

Hm... I didn't know about google. Thanks for pointing that out to me. Maybe I didn't make myself clear. By the way if the answer is in those links, I'm sorry I can't seem to get it.

I have already set the color to administrator, moderator and other usergroups.

What I can't do is to let those usergroups edit their titles(2 titles one for usergroup one for post count) UNDER their name (the post count title will not be actually edited) and at the same time use the custom color. Every time I give them control of the title this comes out instead of the title
