Post a notice to multiple threads?
Is there an easy way to (as Admin) post to multiple threads at once?
I want to put a notice to inform members and don't want to do it manually. Could I make a post to one of them, then go into phpMyAdmin and duplicate that post many times and each time changing the thread ID? Probably not that simple because other tables need updating too? Wondering. I'm on VB 3.7, plan to go to 3.8. Thank you. |

You're wanting them to be threads, correct? Will the Announcements not basically do what your looking for?

Well say I have 1000 threads on my forum. I want to reply to 200 of them without having to manually do it. I wouldn't be starting new threads, but replying to existing ones.
