You can reupload all default files and see if that fixes the issue. If not, you can look through your database for any base64 code added in the templates or plugins. If you don't know what to look for or where, then you should probably import a backup database and then reupload all default files. You should also talk to your host so they can figure out how this happened or else you'll just fix it and then it will happen again.
