How to add tweets and FB button under the navbar

Hello

Could anyone tell me the code and where should I add it ...
I have got the code from http://forums.digitalpoint.com/ but the FB button appears only in the homepage not in all pages besides I can't show them beside the page's title like it show up in DP.

Please help
