Our members have requested that those particular links be on the home page...they are not really ads...they are links to buy coupons, print coupons, etc. They wanted them to be in 1 easy, central location, hence, the home page.
I'm not sure what you mean about the FB, Twitter, and Contact Us buttons being forced down...but of course, that shows my lack of tech knowledge.
Basically, what happened was this, we paid someone alot of money to rebuild and redesign our site when we were ready to upgrade to 4.0. He totally ruined our site to the point where we were losing members everyday so we had to start from scratch and do it ourselves. 2 people with no knowledge of anything but somehow with this great forum and a HUGE help from Lynne, we have a site.
Thank you so much for your comments and that's all we want...is how we can improve our site. Hopefully, in time, and if we keep reading the vbulletin sites, we can make our site better & better each day!
