Working with pics again then, these pics are in English.

The date and time settings in Dutch (standard) and what i see:

The settings in German


Those above three i can read and write a little.

Now the settings in Spanish


Maybe this is a little more clear for you, but i think these settings should be correct, the dutch settings were not changed by by hand, so these should be the same as it was before the problem of not showing the dates.

UPDATE:
I deleted the last two installed languages (German and Spanish).
Problem is'nt fixed with this option, dates still are not shown in all parts.
Even the forum itself is showing only "Today and yesterday".
