I run both free and VB software on a number of sites, if you think getting support for VB is hard you really want to try and find answers for some of the free stuff out there.
On the whole VB support is fantastic, and to have people like Lynne and a few others on here who can talk VB code in their sleep is invaluable.
Of all the hurdles I have had since running VB software I have found the answers in a search 95% of the time, or enough to point me in the right direction. A lot of my answers have been supplied by other board owners/admins on here and I try to help others when time permits.
Don't forget to use Google as well, that way you get results from a number of sites.
