Two last questions...for awhile

Thanks for the help so far guys.

I have two more questions to help me set up my forum for awhile.

1.) When I make sub-forums, it shows up on other forums as well except for the forum I want it to be the subforum for.

example:

Ive made an 'Entertainment' forum and I put the 'video games' subforum in the entertainment forum but it also shows up in the off topic forum.
any reason why and any help for it to not show up there?

2) How do I add the Groan/Thanks mod?
