Is there a bug tracker out for vBulletin 4.0.7, because I really need one to keep up to date with the bugs, I have en-counted/my members have?

If there is one out can you please link me to the thread because I have looked every where.

There's a product called Project Tools, which was an official vBulletin product at one time. They recently released it as open source. You can find the vB4 version here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=241453
