Question: Same sub forum under multi parent forums?
Hey guys I have never tried this, so Im not even sure if its possible. For my new site I have a sub forum (category) that fits under multiple parent forums. I would like it so that all the posts about that topic are under the same forum instead of being spread out, and having to recreate the sub forum multiple times.
One way I see around it it to make the Sub-Forums B, C, D, E, ect a url to Sub-forum A, but is there another way? |

Not that I know if it is possible to do as you ask, but we found it is all about educating your members as to where they post things...A good way of course is to use a set of prefixes within forums.Explain to them what you are trying to achieve and make sure your moderators are on the ball....Members will soon cotton on when they see their posts being moved about and prefixes being added to threads.
