Mini Mods - Double navigation buttons bar

This was the best solution to have more navbar links I saw so far.

Edit "navbar" template, find

Ok I have this installed and love it but, how do i add links to the top instead the bottom? My bottom navbar is crouded and I need to move stuff to the top pls help!
