All you need are keyword friendly SEO slugged urls... which VB4 already has built in. Everything else is snake oil. The way search engines work these days are with "linkbacks". The more OTHER websites that mention your website, the higher your rank will be. This is one of the reasons why signature spam bots are so prevalent; they don't want to spam your users; what they want is the links in their signature to mention other websites and boost the search ranking of those websites.
Nothing that VBseo can do will be able to get other websites to mention your website... short of creating its own bot network to spam your website on other forums and blogs. FaceBook integration is a good way to create linkbacks, as it lets people mention content from your website onto facebook.
