what is illegal to have on a vbulletin site like porn,racial remarks or pictures? Have a site that has screwed with me hard and want to jack with them. Who could I contact to get them taken care of?

as long as a site running vBulletin have a valid licence there is nothing they can do in this case...

to report a website content (porn is not necessarly illegal if the right rules are followed) however you should goto the host that's hosting the website besides the "right rules" might be different from country to country but racism is illegal in most countries eg viewing porn is illegal for minagers (18 years old) i know in some us states this is 21...

I don't know of any country where "racism" as it would be expressed on an online forum is illegal...

Acting racist by denying someone their rights or physically harming them is illegal because those are crimes... saying you hate one race or another is not.

That said though it's not illegal most legitimate hosting companies have a terms of service which disallow racist, hateful, or pornographic material to be hosted with them. If there's any child porn that is a serious crime and you should call the FBI (if you are in the USA).

how would I find out who the host is? no webmaster info that I saw

Do a WHOIS search on the domain name.
