Probably forgot to update your templates - I would specifically look at the headinclude template.

Actually Lynn that happen to me also and only thing i had to do was use your mod and change it to point to additional.css. I do not why default VB didnt pick up anything in additional.css or just parts . I have seen it on several forums and just used your mod and fixed it with just modifying it not to use the templates and to point to additional.css.

Go figure why it solves the issues with some styles and some modifications people have written out there.

Still i give you all credits and respect ..even with the modified mod. I have your name in it and thanks.

There were template changes on how the CSS is called. If your template still uses the old method of calling the CSS, then you will have CSS problems. Many users don't read the release notes, or else don't pay attention to the part where it lists templates that Require Revert and then they end up with these sort of problems.

I didn't forget. I did it.

I really want to make a clean install.

I don't want to use modified templates anymore. I will use the default skin. as long as this forum works fine.

It takes a minute to open a message wright now.

I can't even install a default style. When you try install. It looks like installing but it freeze.

Did you write over your clientscript/vbulletin_css directory (must be chmod to 777) and was your CSS stored in the filesystem?

Just for anyone that was having issues. There was more issues then just css missing. Image and other stuff. We backed up his DB and reupload all files and put his data in new database. Then ran upgrade again. His slow issues disappeared and then image showed up correctly.

We actually did this all on a test board and test board ran fine. He could not even upload the default style on VB back. Plus if you tried to do anything in admincp it would error out or time out.
