Guest posting on my vb3.8
Hello,
is there a way to make an open forum for non registered users along with a spam bot catcher with vb3.8? I am running 3.8.2 over at www.ducati1.de. Yesterday, I found some random forum which had a guest forum for non regged users. It featured a security question (sth like "add three to seven"). How do you do that? |

You'll want to go to your AdminCP and click on 'Human Verification Manager' which is within the 'vBulletin Options' category. There, you'll want to enable the 'Question & Answer' option. Configure that accordingly.
I suggest using reCAPTCHA, though. |

Do you reckon it´s worth setting up guest posting? |

You're welcome.
And it depends. If you have a main site or a network, and would like to put up some forum for feedback, I'd recommend doing so, for there are people who do sign up for the main site, but not the forums (e.g. FileFront as example). But either way, it's up to you in the end. |
