Where can I change the background color of editor buttons?

Thank you both for the help.

I'm using VB 4.0.5 but for some reason I could not get those StyleVars to work.... no matter what background color I set it still showed as black for the BBcode buttons.

I just made an action in Photoshop to change all the backgrounds to white and then batch processed the whole folder of images, it worked well
