Default Are There Software That Could Easily Adds Email "Contacts" to MS Outlook CSV?

I look for a software that could do this feature.

For ex: I have saved 5 emails in TXT. format and it's looks like this:

person1@yahoo.com, person2@yahoo.com, person3@yahoo.com, person4@yahoo.com, person5@yahoo.com etc..

Which software can I use to quickly import these contacts and export back out CSV. using MS outlook?

I tried looking for quick/easy imports from outlook but didn't see any...

I have hundreds of contacts and adding them manually is a tedious job

this software: http://www.exceltooutlook.com/
says it will import from a csv file but I don't know if not having a 'real name' associated with your email addresses will throw it off. Also it's not free but there is a demo you can try.

You know how when we add a new contact in yahoo, gmail or hotmails, first you have to enter their name and than their emails and click save and you're done..

I have over 600 old contacts which I haven't add names.. only their emails..

Is THERE a way / solution or program to quick/mass adds their emails and the names could just be numbers like 1, 2, 3, 4?

You could probably import the csv file into excel (or any other spreadsheet) then add a column for 'name' that is just an auto incrementing number.
