help please - itrader feedback

hi all,

we have a small problem with our forum, vb 4.0.4

we are running 2 mods experience and itrader. both of these mods create a tab in the members profile.

Both run ok apart from one little glitch that i cant seem to solve, also the creator of experience has been to the forum and has been unable to solve it, so i am just wondering if anyone here has any ideas or has actually solved the problem themselves.

the problem is that when experience is enabled clicking the itrader (feedback score) tab shows a blank page for most members, though it does work for some.

when experience is disabled the itrader tab works perfectly for all members.

there is no rhyme or reason to whom it works for either, not related to certain usergroups. just for most members it doesn't work.

If anyone has any ideas at all please post them and i'll give them a go,

i have tried re installing both mods without any luck.
