Telling a person they need a new server because the site is generating a 70+ load, that's bad advice in itself, i don't think your the one that understands the basic concept of "advice giving", there are many factors in why it could be doing that, bad query, corrupt table (not a crashed table), bad key, corrupt index(s) etc.
I asked if the user is renting a dedicated server for a reason, Marco cut to the chase and went for the gusto, which might be the issue, the next step would be to re-enable them one at a time to find out which one might be causing the issue he is experiencing.
So how does one justify "giving advice" telling a person to get a new server that may cost him more money, it don't correct the issue at hand, especially an issue that's unknown at this point?
