htacces-Rewrite doesn't work

Well, I've been asking in many forums, why my htacess doesn't work.

And they all told me, that my htaccess is right, but something in the script seems to make me problems.

See for example:

Is there something in the vb-Script, why I can't use the htaccess-Rewrite?
Or how can I make it work?

I've been using vbSEO. Now I don't use it anymore. And I'd like to rewrite my old vbSEO-URLs to the standard vb-URLs.
