The guys I'm using are top notch Lynne.
They have this soft restore feature, I can go in and restore a file that I have either deleted or want to roll back to an earlier version. All their complete back ups they do are also stored to a seperate server.
When I was upgrading to VB4 I completely screwed the installation and the database and they had everything restored within 15 minutes downtime. Legends to be honest. I should really look into learning how to do backups but at the moment I really have no incentive to learn unless I had to change host, which I won't be doing for some time with any luck.
