How to disable "Automatically parse links in text"?
Hi, guys
The default of "Automatically parse links in text" in vb4 is: Yes . I want to disable it, but cannot find where to set in ACP. So, can anyone give a me hint? Thanks in advance. Best Regards, vicelover |

There isn't a setting in the ACP to do this. You'd need to modify the template (or possibly write a plugin, I haven't looked into it).
To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. (Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.) |

Thanks for your reply , Lynne
In "newthread" template, searching "checked.parseurl" and replacing it to "unchecked.parseurl" . |
