Creating New VBulletin Style
Whats the best approach creating a new custom style for the forum; editing the existing default style templates or creating a new style?
One issue with using default style is with every update I was getting the messages specifying some templates need to be reverted. |

yeah thats true, as long as its basic html, css stuffs we should be fine.
by the way I had another question. while creating new style for a new design, do I just edit the templates, vars etc.. of the newly created style or there is another approach. i saw somewhere mentioning we should rename templates etc then do replacement. if thats the case that would be real nightmare for regular joe guys like me. |
