1st post Auto-Respond in specific forum when user starts a thread

I would like to know if anyone knows a mod i could use to accomplish the following.

I want a specific user(rules robot) to automatically respond with a pre-defined post when a normal user adds a new thread on a specific forum.

I have 3 main category forum in 3 different languages, all 3 categories have a forum where a user can present himself/herself to others (a Presentation). When a normal user presents himself/herself by creating a new thread, i have a "robot user" that i wish to use to reply to the new opened thread automatically with a pre-defined message, welcoming the user, explain how to get help and thanking him/her for her presentation. Since my board has 3 languages available (EN,ES,FR), i need to pre-define the message in all 3 languages so that the "robot user" replies in the correct Presentations Forum with the correct language.
