BB Code Enhancements - Alternate Quote Layouts

If you don't like the current VBulletin Quote BBCode here are some other layouts. Simply replace the contents of bbcode_quote with one of these codes. The PM codes will only show the Quote layout in PMs only.

The one that says "email look" is basically just a line above and below the quoted text. The other one "sleek look" actually looks pretty good.

Screenshot added. The one with lines is email view and the one in the box is sleek view. I made multiple quotes using one with just a quote, one with just quote and username, and one with just quote, username, and post id.
