We moved our forum from one server to another. Everything seemed to work just fine, until I tried to edit a user in the AdminCP.
Everything (not just user editing) I try to do, I get the following message:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/admincp/user.php on this server."

or

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/admincp/adminpermissions.php on this server."

Or any *.php

In short, I cannot administer the forum.

Any idea as of what the problem may be?

Do you have 755 folder permissions and 644 file permissions of the admincp directory?
If so, then ask your host to whitelist your forum against the evil mod_security.
