The stars hack is pretty customizable, you can set the # of posts required for the bar to go up, ect.

You will need to do seperate bars for each level.

I think the default is ten so you would have one gif at 0% full, 10%, 20% ect.

the exact one that you are looking for is posted in the releases forum. It's just a bar that goes up with post count.
