I currently use Atakan's scrolling marquee.

I need it to be able to display external RSS feeds from news sites. Unfortunately it doesn't.

I've searched the Mods forum and there is one, but it only feeds your own RSS from your forum.

I couldn't find anything else here. Is there one that does support RSS but isn't promoted as such?
