How to make my prefixes look like this?
How can i make my prefixes look like this
- little blocks with a fixed width - background filled up I don't use much prefixes on my board but in one forum I do and this seems like a nice way to organize it. If it is done with html mark up, what should be the code? |

It's all just CSS. Get firebug for firefox and you can see the css needed right there. Copy it to your site.

It's just CSS, so you could just add it to additional.css or to another css template called on that page.

Lynne, its very helpful that you always reply so soon, but the vb.org and vb.com staff sometimes seems to forget that their user base are not always professional programmers
People like myself have a hard time trying to understand what is very logical for you wizards, and takes us hours or days what is a piece of cake for you Anyways, thanks and I am gonna see how far i get --------------- Added [DATE]1265076108[/DATE] at [TIME]1265076108[/TIME] --------------- Thanks again Lynne! you will have to put something like this in the Title (Rich Text) field:
HTML Code:
<span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 105, 0);" class="prefix">Overclocking</span> HTML Code:
.prefix { color:#ffffff; font-size: 0.85em; font-weight: normal; padding: 3px 10px; text-align: center; } |
