I looked at the install script, the instructions are dire. The instruction:
Directory: /public_html.......................(vbPortals root directory) Instead of the public_html, you can put into any sub-directory you choose. Directory: /public_html/forums................(vBulletin root directory) i.e. If you install vbPortal in a subdirectory called vbPortal, then it would be /public_html/vbportal/forums. WHAT would be? what is being referred to here, a path? what path? in the config file? where in the file? Step 5 & 6 well more work lads, think from a newbie point of view. Alas until I see install instructions which are clear and concise I will have to leave well alone. ![]() ps Crinos your forum looks great. |
