They should redirect by default at the relevant urls (faq and reg pages). Anyway, try to edit notice_1_html at the Phrases. By default it should be:
HTML Code:
If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the <a href="faq.php?{sessionurl}" target="_blank"><b>FAQ</b></a> by clicking the link above. You may have to <a href="register.php?{sessionurl}" target="_blank"><b>register</b></a> before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below. Zij moeten omleiden standaard op het desbetreffende URL's (FAQ en reg pagina's). Hoe dan ook, proberen te bewerken notice_1_html op de zinnen. Standaard het moet zijn: HTML Code:
If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the <a href="faq.php?{sessionurl}" target="_blank"><b>FAQ</b></a> by clicking the link above. You may have to <a href="register.php?{sessionurl}" target="_blank"><b>register</b></a> before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below. |

Thanks the faq and the register in the yellow field works fine now.
In the white I can find it. The problem will be in the Dutch translate I think |

You are welcome.
I am not sure I understood what you meant by white field. Can you post a screenshot of that white field please? |

You can add it yourself with the below code.
HTML Code:
<a href="register.php?{sessionurl}" target="_blank"><strong>register</strong></a> |
