Urgent Need Help!!!! Site Wont Load
last night I uploaded vBadvanced and the site worked perfectly but this morning I went to use the site and nothing comes up at all...
site address: www.gulfcoasttundras.com if I delete all the files on my server and reupload them all will i lose all the data that is there, i.e., registered members Forums Threads etc. ????? Thanks |

Looks like either you didn't finish the vBA upload, or someone went ahead and deleted the required files. (And you didn't rename its cmps_index.php either).

i posted the same thread on vb.com and a member said to just reupload the contents of the upload folder and reinstall... the settings/forums/user accounts are store in the database itself... whatever that means... i new at this

That's correct - all the settings etc are in the database. |

Also check to see if you enabled the mod_rewrite for seo friendliness and don't have the .htaccess file uploaded from the do not upload directory from the vb download. Been there done that, makes pages disappear quickly.
