Yes, that would work too, though if this is a central feature of your forum I would think a navbar link would make more sense.

Forget about searching for these mods. I just tried it myself and couldn't come up with any, even though I know there must be a dozen now. Instead what I did was go to the 4.0 add-ons forum and sort by number of installs. vBH-Add new tabs is leading with 885 installs, but I've been watching Tabs Add System for vBulletin 4 (sstab advanced) and I'm still undecided myself. Of course, you can also just add entries manually ([HOW TO - vB4] Create a New Tab in the navbar (with template) ).
