Need Help To many spammers registering

Hello is there any mod or anything i can do to keep spammers from Registering in my forum, I have to manually delete like 8 spammers every day.

I have noticed all spammers type an URL that starts with Http:// on field name.

use a random question like, what color is chocolate. stop automated bots.

If you're running 3.8.4 you should be able to turn on the Image Verification, which stopped spammers from visiting my forum. If you're using a lower version, there's a few mods out there that will add a verification question or have the user click the right image.
