HTML, Nl2BR and BBcodes - making them work togeather

Hey,

Is there a mod out there that either:

1. Allows me to set a specific area only to be read as HTML - and the rest is just normal BBcode

2. Allows me to disable NL2BR being used in between a certian BBCODE

3. A method that allows me to enter in a almost full HTML page into a post (because I am using threads in a specific forum as a POST A GUIDE section where HTML can be used).

Basically, if I take a HTML page that I write up - NL2BR screws it up and makes the spacing all wack - and I also want it to work along side with BBcode.

P.S. Why is it that I cannot select to disable BBCODE from my specific POST ONLY or disable HTML from my specific POST ONLY?
