Folks i have problem with the titles if i put for example more than 10 characters , title or cuts the rest of the title or make some strange characters like &%^ and i don't know what to do , can anyone pls help me?

here is a link but is in greek and because you will not understand the last word in title should be "ξενυχτια" nad now shows "ξενυχτ" in old version should be for example 'ξενυχτ..." - when was not enough space for more letters
