When I try to log in to my site i get this message

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I know some files are missing as well.

If someone could help me in this matter. I would greatly apprieciate it.

Try looking for what it is in your FTP, and typing in that link. i.e

path: root*/forums/admincp

Make sure you have forums in the URL.

Where is the info located. Wich file would it be under?

Whatever folder you've uploaded your site too. Only you would know where your default directory is.
