Default Problem with style not updating.

The problem is quite simple. I stated to update my skin from 3.8 and everything was fine until I updated a css. I don't really understand, but now the current style seems to default on the "default style". All the stylevars are still ok, but none (except the titleimage) seems to be read. My first reflex was to set back the .css to the way it was but it's still showing the default style under my selected style.

Any idea what would cause that? I'm sure it's a small detail but I'm not able to find anything.

Default

I have made a change on the vbulletin_chrome.css but I've undo my changes and it does nothing. The Stylevars are totally ignored for my current style. I'm still trying to figure out what is happening right now but I have no idea. This is making me crazy. I'm thinking of redoing my skin from scratch but this could happen again so I would like to know.

Maybe this will help for finding my problem:

I just created a new style with no parent which I named "Test". I've got the DarkVision Skin as default for now on my forum available from here. So, since it's the default, it's normal I think that the new style uses the same values. But if I try to change a value in the StyleVars, it does nothing. Exactly the same bug.

What I've tried is to create it as child of the vbulletin default skin, do some changes and it works. I remove the parenting and after I do 1 modification of any css, it return to the "bug" state. So, is there a way to create a "new style" that I don't know? Or is it some kind of bug?

I've changed the default style to be the vbulletin default but I get the same problem. So, my first question is how you create a new style? Because for me it seems like a bug.
