Is there is a vb.org mod/plugin that does this?

I noticed a couple of different auto forums that run a unique integration of the google adsense box with images plus the official vbulletin welcome message.

I am wondering whether there is a vb.org mod or plugin that does this or whether this is something that is unique code that each of the site owners independently implemented?

Did you try a search? I haven't seen a mod like that, but then I have never searched for one like that either.

Yes, I did. I also looked at the various mods/plugins available for the 3.x.x version of vBulletin. Nothing appeared to do exactly what is being done on these sites to my knowledge. Normally, I can find what I am looking for using the search function but this is the first one that baffled me.

Looks like he just put Google AdSense in the first_visit_message phrase....
