Posts Per Day Over X Amount of Days

Hey guys, this is a modification request. (If there is a specific section for this, please refer me to it as I couldn't find it in my short search).

I have a few things at my forum that I don't want inactive users to have access to. By inactive I mean, users who do not make at least a certain number of posts over the past 30 days or so. I was wondering if there was a modification where I can show the # of posts a user has made in the past 30 days. Perhaps have it display in the memberlist or on a users page, or better yet, in the admin control panel.

Would be even more awesome if I could customize promotions based on this... but that seems elaborate and can do that manually.
