Well this is not exactly an easy thing to answer. This is caused because in certain templates they may be an extra closing div that is closing the div tag early. I am assuming that you want to fix the forum width issue.
There is no easy solution to fix this, but if you post this is paid request section someone will be able to fix this for around $10-$20. I am willing to do this if you want.
If you would like to try and fix this on yourself. Try adjusting the forum width in style settings. Also try taking a look at different templates.
