How to hide admin ip
Is there a way to hide admin ip to moderators?
Can someone point me to wich code I need to modify? Thanks |

Modify the postibt, or postbit_legacy, template and put a condition around the IP button (there should already be a condition around it, so add to it) to not show it.

Admin and mods can view registered users ip's, but I need that admin and mods ip's are not logged at all. Thanks |

Not logged at all is different than hiding the admin's IP from the mods (what you first said). My post is valid for the second situation. For the first, you'll probably need to write a couple of plugins to zap the ip before it gets saved. It will be several plugins because you will have to look at all the different pages/methods where a user does something and their IP gets saved. It's a bit more involved than the first. (Hmmm, unless you just zap it at the beginning of any page the user goes on to. I'm not sure since I've never tried it.)
