The 'Community Reviews' section should have a subforum for Community Development. Where people can share ideas, and tell people about their forums that may come soon, and all of their ideas for it, and get comments on it.

Also, the homepage vB4 sections, I think they need descriptions. They look out of place. You should just copy and paste the old vB3 forum descriptions to the new vB4 sections, and use the same descriptions for both.
