Ad a new field to $subscription - Much useful and requested

Much similar to the $subscription['active'], it would be very useful to have a $subscription['available']

Setting ['available'] on/off would make a recurring subscription active but NOT available to be subscribed.

Much useful when you want to do a temporary/introductory/launching promotion or in cases like this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=150948

P.S: A coder which understands VB could very easily (?!) copy paste the code that deals with $subscription['active'], and put the new "available" radio box next to the "active" one...
