[Help] GUID/HWID

I have a file that I do NOT want in the public.
I don't want it into the public because I want people to pay for it.

I have a subscriptions thing setup.
It SHOULD (Haven't tested) Upgrade users to premium.
When this happens they are able to see certain downloads.

I want them to be able to see my newest program.. but I need it protected!
I got Win License.. Total bust.. Refunded.
I can't do it manually and create a license for every single user.

So I was looking into a few things and there are other sites like mine that use HWID and GUID locks.

When they upgrade their account to premium they are able to see a downloads link IN THEIR SUBSCRIPTIONS area.. I like that a lot.
When they click Download.. it gets their HWID or GUID and embeds the account and password they use with it.
So say their user name is Joe and their password is 123..
If they log into my program with that user name it will check their computer and make sure they are the right user and didn't get somebody Else's user name and password.

So anyone can have the files on their computer.
But when they log in it needs to make sure its the right person.

I think this requires the following.
SQL
PHP?
C++

I have someone who knows a decent bit of C++ but I'm not sure he can do what I need him to.. I Know I can make a log in on my program, but I need the program to link into my database etc..
Its all so hard for me to get..

That is really pretty useless if you ask me. People usually will not share a download by letting others log into their account. So what are you exactly trying to stop? If people want to share it they will, this just sounds like alot of needless work. And all you really are doing is stopping your users from being able to download from multiple machines, it will not prevent them from installing on multiple machines either.

And you would need to write browser extensions that your users would have to install on their machines in order to do this, again alot of work for something that seems completely useless.

People will take my files and publicly release them.
They are game enhancements.
I know this from experience, they will go to any length to share the things.
If there are any other ways tell me.. I need them, bad.
